REFUND POLICY:

• Cairo & Alexandria: We deliver your order in an open package so you can check your items upon arrival. The courier will wait while you inspect the product. If it is not suitable for any reason, you can return it immediately and pay only the shipping fees. Delivery charges apply whether you keep or return the item. However, we still offer a 14-day exchange and refund policy, but an additional fee of 120 EGP will be required for (shipping + dry cleaning). As long as the items are in there original, unused condition with all labels attached.
