• Cairo & Alex: We deliver an open package so that you can view and check your products as soon as they arrive. The courier will wait for you while you check your box; if it is not suitable for any reason, you can return it to the courier and pay the shipping fees (Please check to see if you like it, if it fits well, and if there are any defects as this is your only way to exchange and refund inside Cairo & Alex). Delivery charge paid by you whether you buy the item or return it.

• All other Governments inside Egypt: To ensure you receive the items, we deliver a Closed package to all governments inside Egypt (except Cairo & Alex). Payments received online first. Refund or Exchange available within one week from receiving the item except on discounted items, Full money guaranteed back deducting refund or exchange delivery charge. Delivery charge paid by you for delivery & (exchange or refund).

• International orders: To ensure you receive the items, we deliver closed package to all countries outside Egypt. No exchange or refund available for international orders. Delivery charge paid by you the client.
