- Cairo & Alexandria: Delivery within 1-5 business days.
- Other Governorates: Delivery within 1-5 business days.

- Cairo & Alexandria: We deliver your order in an open package so you can check your items upon arrival. The courier will wait while you inspect the product. If it is not suitable for any reason, you can return it immediately and pay only the shipping fees. Delivery charges apply whether you keep or return the item. However, we still offer a 14-day exchange and refund policy, but an additional fee of 120 EGP will be required for (shipping + dry cleaning). As long as the items are in there original, unused condition with all labels attached. - Other Governments: To ensure you receive the items, we deliver a Closed package to all governments inside Egypt (except Cairo & Alex). Payments received online first. Refund or Exchange available within 14 day from receiving the item, Full money guaranteed back deducting refund or exchange delivery charge. - International orders: To ensure you receive the items, we deliver closed package to all countries outside Egypt. No exchange or refund available for international orders. Delivery charge paid by you the client.
